The Fat Smash Diet-Phase 3

Phase 3 of the fat smash diet, called the construction phase, builds on the previous phase. You should be eating at least 4 meals a day and learning to control your portions sizes. Hunger should be your guide…no more eating for any other reason besides being hungry.

Frying food should be eliminated from your diet. Adding one day of phase one to each week of phase 3 can shake your body from its comfort zone and jump start your weight loss again.

You should be increasing your exercise by 25%. Dr. Smith also recommends exercising twice a day to boost your metabolism. You can also add some sweets to your diet. This is something you will have to do with great care. Be sure to control your portions with dessert foods.

I believe this food plan is one of the most balanced and easy to follow weight loss plans I have ever come across.
