a healthy lifestyle includes what you eat, so managing the
calories of your meals is very important and includes your physical exercises and your mood.

1) Doing regular exercise ( at least 3 hours per week) like swimming, running, and bicycling.
2) Eating fresh healthy food and calculating your calories, making a small five meals, and vary between types of foods.
3) Changing your unhealthy snacks by vegetables and fruits because it contains essential minerals and vitamins that will help you to boost your metabolism.
4) Drinking more water and fresh juices. When you drink water before meals; you will eat less amount of food.
5) Stop smoking and alcohol which harms our heart and lung health.
6) sleeping well and getting up early. The normal number of sleeping hours is eight and if it increases, it will give you negative effects.
7) choosing an activity, that improves the mood and controlling our stress like yoga.
8) Take care of your hygiene by cleaning the house and clothes.
